	All photographs and images sent to IndianMagic remain the property of the applicant, however IndianMagic may use these photographs in any manner as it may consider appropriate.
	IndianMagic reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever. All photographs sent to IndianMagic as per the application procedure are non-returnable.
	After submitting this application, the applicant shall receive a confirmation email, to which he/she must respond with 5 photographs within 24 hours. Failure to do so would result in automatic rejection unless IndianMagic receives an email requesting additional time or describing the reasons for inability, in which case alternate arrangements could be worked out.
	All Information received by IndianMagic would be considered confidential and would not be given out to third parties, without prior approval from the applicant.
